Savory Sights is a photo gallery where websites can show off their photos and recipes. We have created a food destination for great photos and recipes. Everyone is allowed to submit photos to be moderated. 1. By accessing SavorySights.com or using any part of the site or any content or services on the site, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then please do not use Savory Sights. 2. Please register. In order to submit, you are required to register with Savory Sights. You are responsible for your Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. Make sure you have permission to submit a picture, either because you own it, or you have permission to post it. Savory Sights will remove submissions if it infringes on another's rights. 3. Submissions are moderated. Submissions not meeting the exacting standards for the Main Gallery Page maybe accepted for Page 2. Page 2 is the gallery posting great recipes where in the pictures are good but just not good enough for the main gallery. The pictures will still be indexed added to our overall gallery. If the content of the site and or pictures fail to meet our standards the submission may be declined. 4. As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Savory Sights. 5. Remember to respect copyrights. Any submission violating a copyright will be removed immediately. If you are the rightful owner and have an issue with your photos being submitted to this site, please email editor@savoryreviews.com. 6. Submitted photos will be maintained on our server and may be used on SavorySights or used as promotional material on our family of websites. This includes SavoryPublishing.com, SavorySights.com and SavoryReviews.com. All images will be linked to the submitted user’s webpage and all pictures will be credited with the submitted user’s username. 7. Savory Sights reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Use at any time. If it's a major change, Savory Sights will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site.
